Redcliff Campsite is run entirely by volunteers from the local Church communities, out of a shared love of Jesus — providing a campsite where everyone can enjoy God's creation.
Redcliff Campsite is operated by the Redcliff Campsite Volunteer Committee, made up entirely of volunteers who generously give their time to maintain and manage the campsite for public use. During peak periods, caretakers may also be present onsite to assist with operations, maintenance and guest support.

During peak periods, caretakers may also be present onsite to assist with operations, maintenance, and guest support. By making a booking and/or staying at Redcliff Campsite, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- These Terms & Conditions apply to all guests staying at Redcliff Campsite.
- By entering the campsite, making a booking, or using any facilities, you agree to be bound by these conditions for the duration of your stay.
- Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your booking or termination of your stay without refund.
2. Volunteer-Run Operations
- Redcliff Campsite is operated entirely by volunteers who give their time to support the campsite and its guests.
- Facilities and services are provided on a goodwill and voluntary basis.
- There may be periods when no onsite staff are present.
- Maintenance and assistance are provided as volunteer availability allows.
- We ask that all guests show patience, understanding, and respect toward volunteers and caretakers.
3. Bookings, Arrival & Check-In
- All bookings must be made in advance and confirmed prior to arrival.
- Guests must occupy only their booked accommodation or campsite.
- Bookings are only secured once payment and confirmation have been completed.
- Group bookings and special accommodation must be arranged prior to arrival.
4. Facilities Use
- Facilities are provided for registered guests only.
- Guests must follow all facility instructions and safety signage.
- Any damage to facilities caused by a guest may be charged to the booking holder.
- Facilities may include toilets, showers, laundry, power, camp kitchen, and common areas.
5. Pets
- Pets may be permitted subject to campsite rules and local regulations.
- All pets must be kept under control at all times and on a leash where required.
- Pets must not cause nuisance or danger to others.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
6. Campsite Changes, Maintenance & Cancellations
- We may cancel or modify bookings at short notice due to maintenance, emergency repairs, renovations, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We may change site allocations where required for operational reasons.
- We may close facilities temporarily for maintenance or upgrades.
- Where possible, guests will be notified as early as practicable.
7. Respectful Conduct
- Treat all volunteers, caretakers, and fellow campers with courtesy and respect.
- Keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly during evening and early morning hours.
- Follow all posted rules and directions provided by campsite volunteers.
- Supervise children at all times.
- Dispose of rubbish in designated bins or remove it from the site.
- Any behaviour that negatively impacts the experience or safety of others will not be tolerated.
8. Allocated Sites & Vehicle Positioning
- Guests must occupy only the campsite or accommodation site that has been booked and allocated to them.
- Caravans, camper trailers, motorhomes, tents and vehicles must be positioned only within the boundaries of the designated site.
- Guests must not move to another site without prior approval from campsite volunteers or management.
- Camping, parking, or setting up in non-designated areas is strictly prohibited.
- Failure to comply may result in relocation to your allocated site or termination of your stay.
9. Right to Refuse Entry or Evict
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or accommodation to any person at our discretion.
- We may require any guest to leave immediately if their behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe, offensive, disruptive, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- This includes abusive, threatening or aggressive behaviour, harassment, and disorderly or unsafe conduct.
- No refund will be provided if a guest is asked to leave due to a breach of these conditions.
10. Fires, Safety & Environment
- Fires may only be lit in approved containers and in accordance with local fire restrictions.
- No open fires are permitted during Total Fire Ban days.
- Fires must be fully extinguished before being left unattended.
- Guests must comply with all local fire, safety, and environmental regulations.
- The protection of the natural environment is a priority. Please leave your site clean and undamaged.
11. Personal Property & Liability
- Guests are responsible for their own personal property at all times.
- Redcliff Campsite and its volunteers accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- We accept no responsibility for injury, illness, or accidents occurring on site, except where required by law.
- Guests enter and remain on the campsite at their own risk.
12. Compliance with Laws
- Guests must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and local by-laws while staying at Redcliff Campsite.
13. Termination of Stay
- Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate termination of your stay, eviction from the campsite, cancellation of your booking, and no refund or compensation.
14. Acceptance of Conditions
- By making a booking or staying at Redcliff Campsite, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
